Tokyo Based design firm, Nendo has unveiled a new line of minimal glass tableware. “Bottleware” is a collaboration with Coca Cola Japan focusing on the Contour Bottle. The project makes use of bottles that have over time deteriorated and can no longer be reused. The designers have adopted a wabi sabi aesthetic that embraces the "greenish-blue tint, fine air bubbles and distortions that are a hallmark of recycled glass." http://www.cocacola.co.jp/bottleware/en/ http://www.spoon-tamago.com/2012/11/02/nendo-bottleware-coca-cola/ JM
