Dye Hard Boiled

Not even the surfaces of natural packaging were safe from the hands of our meddling employees last week. Our Easter egg dying party last week showcased all the traits of a proper Turner Duckworth design: Clarity (David's egg simply pronouncing the word "egg"), Iconic Branding (Tyler's Coca-Cola ribbon egg), and not-always-knowing-when-to-leave-well-enough-alone (Chris's eventually black egg).

Pop [Art] it Like it's Hot

With all of the preparation for the end-of-year holidays and last minute work deadlines, New Year's Eve is almost never seen as a sober creative opportunity. Inspired by a narrative mobile created in London, Stuart Haygarth has created a chandelier composed of 1000 party poppers [Jamie insert gay joke here] [Chris retort with Jamie "inserting" a gay joke there].

A Very Terry Christmas

Here, TDUK, is your belated Christmas wish: images from the TDSF Christmas party!

Good food and even better cocktails were consumed in a private room at Bong Su by all TDSF employees and their significant others. With such a rapid growth of the company, it was a real surpise to see the sheer number of people in the room. In addition to dinner, Brittany and I hosted a TD quiz show and Rebecca handed our farewell to Rachel. Jonathan won the quiz show, and after much patience by the audience, he managed to open his prize: ceramic chicken feet-shaped salt and pepper shakers. Joanne shouted, clapped and nearly fell out of her chair from drinking one too many cranberry juices. Fortunately, David managed to stay clothed this year and not make an embarassing scene (no, I have not been fired yet).

Terry managed to capture all the action with his camera. Thanks, Ter-bear!

Time for a party.
Date: Early December (exact date TBD)
Place: TDSF Studio
Theme: We're looking for suggestions. Blog 'em.
There will be a lottery for a couple of lucky folks from TD London to join us. Details forthcoming.
Let's make the Red Eye look like a church social.
