Sculptor, James Hopkins, created a series of perspective sculptures that tell different stories from different angles. Some familiar characters were constructed from abstract shapes, but the Itchy and Scratchy sculpture being made from weaponry are especially ace.

Off the Roll Tape Sculpture Contest





Another find from DT. Scotch tape recently sponsored a tape sculpture contest to show the endless creative possibilities of a typically unrecognized medium, clear packing tape. The Grand Prize winner was Elizabeth K. from Wisconsin who recreated her pet goldfish at a mammoth scale. She won $5,000 and a case of, what else, Scotch tape!

Roman Bridge is Falling Down




To demonstrate the lightweight construction of a new 14 story communal building atop a bridge in Rome, OFL architecture recreated the structure by amending a box of Barilla. Perhaps through molded pulp or lasers or magic we can recreate this technique with one of our designs to create a collapsable piece of packaging.

Yes, the used box of pasta is more interesting than the building.
