This was a cool find by DT. Stewart Smith of "Stewdio" creates software through the lens of a Graphic Designer. What he creates is always refreshing, fun, witty.

Browser pong creates tiny browser windows on your monitor and turns them into pong paddles that can be controlled by your keyboard:


Windmaker takes any URL and impacts it with a blustery effect:


Histoface allows you to type in any message into a histogram and have your related image alter based on what you type:

"Box Bottle Bag" Book Launch Party with Plenty of TD Attendance





Andrew Gibbs, Dieline blogger and now Author of "Box Bottle Bag" was the focus of his book's launch party yesterday in LA. Featured in the book, and generously displayed on a front table, were many of Turner Duckworth's designs.

Walking the Read Carpet




Desso has designed the hallway floor coverings for the Dutch hotel, citizenM. The carpeting depicts an aerial view of Amsterdam taken from a satellite.

Shadow Chair




This chair seems to defy gravity by balancing only on 2 front legs. A rigid steel frame built inside the chair is actually part of the design, allowing it to rest on its own shadow.
